Twin Cities Rich Dads & Moms Cashflow Club
About the Twin Cities Rich Dads & Moms:
Started in Fall of 2005, we are an ever growing group of like-minded individuals who are interested in learning
and improving our financial intelligence. We get together monthly to have fun playing Cashflow 101 and 102.
We play on the 2nd Saturday of each month in Leominster and the last Saturday of each month in Fitchburg. We talk
extensively about deals we are all working on, ask questions of each other, etc. The networking opportunities
are tremendous.
As of August 2007, we have more than 180 people on the mailing list!
We play in North Central Massachusetts but people come to play from all across Massachusetts and Southern New
Hampshire. All are welcome. Our members come from all parts of the Cashflow Quadrant. Many of our members are real
estate investors, stock market investors, self-employed people, business owners and investors. Some participate in MLM
opportunities. Others are taking there first steps.
We are affiliated with the Worcester Real Estate Investors and
the Northern Worcester County Real Estate Investors which begins
meeting in January. Some of our members belong to
the Northern Worcester County Landlord Association. If you join,
mention Lee Johnson as referring you. Beko Investments is our sponsor.
It's not just about getting rich. It's about preparing ourselves to live life and retire well and give back to the
world. This gives us all an opportunity to help our families and others as well as better our communities and world by
giving back through charity.

rules we play with.
About Cashflow 101 and 202:
Cashflow 101 and 202 are board games designed by Rich Dad Poor Dad author Robert Kiyosaki and marketed by Cashflow
Technologies via the Richdad.com website. They are fun to play and more importantly you can get a good start on a
financial education by playing them. They are exceptionally good and training you to think differently about money and
investing. They are a great jumping off point for more education!
